Your innate self
Are you down on yourself, overwhelmed with the demands of life, with anxiety that you won’t or can’t measure up to others? Are you worried, angry or depressed about the state of the world today? Do you wonder what the point of it all is, how you fit into it, if you even do? Who are you, really? What’s the real purpose of your life, if there even is one? Life transitions, crises, or problems in relationships, family, work or school may have triggered these kind of questions and feelings. Or you may have grappled with these issues for most of your life. How can you find some peace or meaning in all of this confusion and distress?
I'm a psychologist dedicated to helping people discover their own deep wisdom. As Leonard Cohen sang, "There is a crack, a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in." I give people space to let seemingly broken parts of themselves open up to reveal innate values and capacities, fostering intuition, confidence, creativity and appreciation for life.
To feel comfortable opening up to a therapist, you have to feel like they're a real person who can understand what you're going through, while also having the expertise to help you with your issues. I invite you to contact me for a free consultation to find out if you'd feel good about talking with me about some of the things that matter most to you in life.
